7th Annual Tile Night February 23

7th annual Create-a-Tile Night, with Daydreams Cafe.

Date Thursday, February 23
Time: 6-8 p.m.
Where: Hedenkamp MPR

It’s Hedenkamp tradition! Paint a tile and have it be forever a part of Hedenkamp! Finished tiles will be displayed in the quad area.

Presale forms went home last week and include 1 tile and paint for $14.00. A limited supply of tiles will be sold at the door for $15.00 each. Students will receive their tiles the night of the event.

Presale ends Wednesday Feb. 8th by 3:15, (late orders can not be accepted since we have to give Daydreams a total amount of tiles we would like to purchase).

Nominations Being Accepted for 12/13 PTA Board

The PTA Nominating Committee is currently looking for parents to participate on the 2012-2013 PTA Executive Board. Most of this year’s board members have either completed their terms or will no longer have children at Hedenkamp next year, so it’s more important than ever for parents to step up and get involved. All positions are open.

If you are interested or would like more information, including job descriptions and time commitment, please leave a comment on this post, send PTA an email, or contact a board member as soon as possible.

Final Day for Pre-Sale

Last day to order pre-sale tickets for the Mother / Son dance and purchase Husky Wear is Friday, January 20, 2012 at 1:55 p.m.

Orders can be turned into the PTA black drop box located in the main office. Late orders will not be accepted. Your next opportunity to purchase dance tickets will be at the door the night of the dance.

PTA General Meeting Jan. 25th

The next PTA General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 5:30 in the MPR. Please attend as PTA will be recruiting a nominating committee and new Board Members for the 2012-2013 school year.

Mother-Son Dance Jan. 27 – Tickets on Sale Now

The annual Mother-Son dance will be held on Friday, Jan. 27th from 6 – 8 p.m. in the MPR. This year’s theme is “Life in the Fast Lane,” and tickets and corsages are available for pre-sale through Friday, January 20th at 1:55 p.m. Tickets will also be available at the door for an additional cost.

Winter Husky Wear Available Until January 20th

We’re placing another order for Husky Wear this month. Please complete your order form and turn it in to your child’s teacher no later than 1:55 p.m. next Friday, January 20th. Late orders will not be accepted.
