Give your child a safe, cashless way to shop the Book Fair. This digital payment option can be used at the in-school Book Fair or online.

How it works:

  • Create an account for each child,
  • Add funds…
  • …or invite family and friends to contribute.
  • Shop the Book Fair.
  • Spend unused funds online or fund an eWallet for your next Fair!

After the Fair, remaining eWallet funds are not returned to a credit card but instead, become a gift card balance that can be used online with Scholastic or to fund an eWallet for a future Book Fair. Be sure to sign in with the same email used to create the eWallet.

Scholastic Fall Book Fair Volunteers

Volunteers needed for Scholastic Book Fair

We will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair next week, from Monday, September 19 to Friday, September 23.

The Scholastic Book Fair empowers our students to choose books they love, and with so many options, they’re sure to find themselves in the pages. We hope that you can offer your time and talents to help students become Bolder, Prouder, and Stronger Readers – which in turn makes them bolder, prouder, and stronger individuals. And since every purchase benefits our school, helping is twice as rewarding.

We can’t run a successful Book Fair without your help. Please visit our SignUpGenius webpage to view available dates and time-frames to sign up for volunteering:

  • Cleared Volunteers can sign-up for as many time-slots as available.
  • Non-Cleared Volunteers can volunteer a maximum of 2 days. This only applies if the slots are during school hours. Before and after school slots have not limits.
  • Sweetwater Union High School District (SUHSD) students can volunteer to help with the book fair. They have to follow the same volunteer guidelines as adult volunteers. Student volunteers can help with the trinket table, manning the traffic at the door, and helping students. Students can not sign up for the cash register slots.

As a token of our appreciation, volunteers can select 1 book ($15 max) of their choice. 1 book max per book fair. Only volunteers signed-up will receive a book.
